Does everybody cater indoors? Too many times over the years have customers come up to me at one of our outdoor events and told me that something on the buffet "could be hotter"! Low and behold we would discover that the wind had blown out the sternos. My first thought was that there had to be a good quality hotel style chafer out there with a wind guard. Nope. All I could find was some cheesy wrap around thing that might work for a family picnic, but a quality heavy duty commercial chafing dish with a wind guard did not exist, until now that is.
